J'ai pris contact avec cette société suite à une recherche sur internet pour une panne de mon ballon d'eau chaude.. Ils m'appellent sur WhatsApp, ils attendent au téléphone que je démonte le boîtier, ils me guident dans toutes les étapes afin d'essayer de connaître l'origine de la panne, et la cerise sur le gâteau: ils me donnent l'astuce pour contourner la panne.. Et jusque là je n'ai rien payé.. Je n'ai jamais vu ça de la part d'un artisan.. Disponibilité (Même dimanche), professionnalisme, bienveillance et la liste est longue.. Franchement, les 5 étoiles sont amplement méritées, sachant qu'ils n'ont même réalisé des travaux encore chez moi (J'attends le devis pour changer le ballon et je le validerai les yeux fermés).. Grand bravo
